Global Wanderings, version 4.1.2

Yes, less than 2 weeks to go in the wardrobe contest, and I'm still fiddling with my storyboard. It's the funnest part of the wardrobe contest, if you ask me. The last one I showed you was a draft, but this is it - all of these garments will be living in my closet by the end of the month! I'll have more completed garment pics at the end of the weekend.

You've added a bag! A cute bag! Do you have a pattern for that one or are you going to draft one yourself? Good luck finishing your garments, I'll be cheering from the sidelines!

Wow! How cool is it to start such a big sewing project and actually finish it!

Your storyboard looks great, the patterns are all super cute.

loopylulu - I'll draft the bag myself, at least some simple version of it. I found it on Shopbop.

I love your plan - I'm especially excited to see the Patrones dress finished, the design and fabric look amazing.

I am liking what I see so far. Can't wait to see the complete wardrobe. I want to see your drafted pattern for the handbag. You must share.

I am also awaiting that dress, what a great choice of a pattern. The dress will be incredible I know.

The storyboard looks great! And you're way more ambitious than I would be, saying you're going to finish all of that in two weeks! Good luck!

Looks great Christina! But I can't believe you actually find storyboards fun, it seems so paralyzing to me. :-) Love that bag, you'll be able to copy that no problem.

Hello Christina, that dress is my favourite! Wish you have enough time to complete all those garments by the end of the month as you said. Will be following that :)

Ah to be young and thin! These look great on you. I agree, this top needs a belt and that belt is perfect.

How did I miss that dress?! I adore the bib front, neckline and ties! So sweet but a little sophisticated, too.

Berry said...

Oh I love it worn with the large belt!

Can I pay you for a copy of the Patrones pattern?

bbitce - Would you email me at the address on the right?
